Hi, I am Mark Divak, founder and owner of On The Mark (OTM) Home Inspections. 

 

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I have been a licensed independent New Jersey Custom Home Builder for over 30+ years and have a thorough knowledge of all the workings of a home from the basement to the attic.  Through my many years of working in this area, I have handled projects large and small covering all aspects of home construction.  This experience gives me an unmatched wealth of knowledge that will be used to inspect your home. In my home inspection business, I look forward to working with customers to make sure they are making the right decision about their potential new home.
